The Update That Never Came – Officially Canceled.
Sprunki Swap, a fan-favorite Incredibox mod, was set to receive a major update—but after much anticipation, we’re here to announce the Sprunki Swap Cancel Update. This post marks the official cancellation of the planned update, along with a brief insight into what happened, and what the future may hold.
What Was Planned?
The update was originally expected to introduce:
- New swapped character designs
- Enhanced sound layering and FX
- Visual improvements
- Bug fixes & performance optimization
Why Was It Canceled?
Due to internal creative redirection, time constraints, and feedback from the development process, the team has chosen to discontinue development on this particular update. Rather than release something incomplete, the creators opted for full transparency and quality preservation.
What’s Next?
Though this update is canceled, Sprunki Swap itself is not dead. The mod remains available and will still be enjoyed by players who appreciate its current state. Future Sprunki projects are being considered, potentially in new forms or remixed concepts.
